SUNDAY SCHOOL

DISCIPLES IN SERVICE
It is time to make the Disciples in Service schedule for September
through November. Please consider how your time and talents can
support our congregation. Complete the form on the back by
August 10 if you are willing to serve in any of these roles. Thank
you.
BLESSING OF THE BACKPACKS
A ‘Blessing of the Backpacks’ will be part of the worship service
on August 10, this is the Sunday immediately before the school
year begins for students. A Pot-Luck dinner will follow, all are
welcome and invited to attend.
CHOIR CLUB
Choir Club meets on Thursdays from 6:30 – 7:15 PM. This is a
fun and educational time to familiarize yourself with the
upcoming hymns for Sunday’s worship service and learn the
history behind the chosen hymns, their hymn writers, and
their connection to the liturgy. Consider adding this
opportunity to your weekly schedule, all are welcome!
OFFICE HOURS
Pastor Matt’s office hours are Monday – Thursday, 8am – noon.
WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP
The Ladies of Grace will not meet in July but will resume their
monthly dinner outings at Mama Zoe’s on Tuesday, 8/26, at 6:00
PM.
